The forklift is in use each day;
7 days a week
9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On a first come first serve basis
WHEN YOU WANT FORKLIFT ASSISTANCE:
- Come to the office to tell employees of U-Store your unit #
- An employee will let you know the availability of the forklift (if already in use).
- You drive your vehicle to your unit. The yard man will bring forklift to your unit.
- Please allow 1-1/2 hrs for a large load to be unloaded or loaded; 15-30 mins for a small to be unloaded or loaded (May need more or less time depending on how much help you have to unload or load).
- The last load up or down is approx. 4:40pm each day. So please keep this in mind when you are doing your moving, this is to avoid any disappointments.
